Cinco TI was founded in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, by a team of infrastructure specialists who had spent years on the client side — managing servers, refreshing workstations, scrambling to replace failed switches and chasing delivery ETAs from distributors who treated them as an afterthought. They knew exactly what a proper technology partner should look like, and they set out to build one.
From day one we focused exclusively on the private-sector corporate market. That deliberate scope allows us to maintain genuine depth: our commercial team understands HPE ProLiant server architecture just as well as they understand Cisco switching, Zebra label printing or APC power protection. When you call us with a project, you speak to someone who has already configured similar environments — not a generalist reading off a spec sheet.
Over the years we expanded our vendor portfolio carefully, adding brands only when we could commit to adequate stock, trained pre-sales support and genuine post-sale accountability. Today we represent more than 80 manufacturers — including HPE, Cisco, Microsoft, Aruba, Dell, Lenovo, Ubiquiti, APC, Zebra, Honeywell, Samsung and Logitech — and our catalogue covers every layer of a corporate IT environment: compute, networking, storage, security, power infrastructure, unified communications, printing, mobility and software licensing.
We've grown steadily because our clients renew. They come to us for a server, discover we can also quote the switching fabric, the UPS, the endpoint licences and the thermal label printers for the warehouse — and they consolidate their procurement with a partner they trust. That compounding relationship is the foundation of everything we do.
